We hope that you always love your merchandise from Caroline & Co. Boutique! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Merchandise is eligible for a refund in the form of store credit only, within 30 days of purchase. After this time frame, products cannot be accepted due to product moving quickly through our inventory system.
Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE at all times: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, bralettes, athletic wear, swimwear, beanies, hats and select gift items.
If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund or store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.
Items must be in fabulous condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If you choose to exchange for another item or would rather have a store credit, please let us know. You will be notified via e-mail, at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed, with your online code for store credit once we have processed your return. It will be valid for 90 days.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-5 days for us to process your return. Once processed, a refund or store credit will be emailed to you.
We are not responsible for lost returns.
Damaged items must be reported within two days upon arrival. Please email us email@example.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
